Newly built , highly equipped and furnished modern villa with heated private swimming pool located in a very quiet, natural surrounding. The spacious interiors with modern design fully air-conditioned accommodation for 8 people, and offers 4 en-suite bedrooms,5 bathrooms, sauna room,gym, spacious kitchen with living and dining area with full access the pool area. Outdoor offers private heated pool 37m2 , Jacuzzi for 4 people, BBQ and lounge area, kids playground
Space
Ground floor is fully air-condition and offers 1 en-suite bedroom king size bed (180x200cm) (with AC, TV, exit to pool area), gym, spacious kitchen with living and dining area with full access the pool area.
There is also a separate toilet with laundry and all needed amenities.
The first floor offers modern and comfortable 3 en-suite bedrooms. Bedroom No.2 with two single beds (90x200), A/C, TV, bathroom with shower,balcony with pool view. Bedroom No.3 with king size bed (180x200), A/C,TV bathroom with shower, balcony with pool view. Bedroom No.4 with king size bed (180x200), A/C, TV bathroom with bathtub, balcony with pool view.
The outdoor offers private pool 37m2 , whirlpool for 4 people, huge and covered lounge corner with outdoor dining area next to the BBQ, a 55" TV, trampoline, 8 sunbeds, sun umbrellas and other pool amenities. There is an outside shower with hot water as well, next to the pool, kids playground.
Beautiful peaceful environment with great privacy. The open modern concept living space encompasses the kitchen, living room and dining area . Living room, comfortable sofa that is a great place to relax with a Android TV (165 cm) with satellite TV , Netflix and Playstation 4. In case you are not the fan of TV, you can just relax for after dinner conversation.
In back of the house there is a secured parking space for 4 cars.
Having a car is recommended.

Villa Tanicius
Ante and his wife were great hosts and quick to respond to any questions. The villa was absolutely immaculately clean and had everything you could ever wish for, it's a really great place for families to stay and the villa is in a lovely and quiet location.

I really couldn’t fault our stay at villa Tanicius - it was perfect in every way. Ante was an extremely welcoming, attentive and helpful host; incredibly responsive and always willing to help or advise. The ‘welcome’ pack of food basics was a really lovely touch. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and probably the best appointed Airbnb we have stayed in - it had everything you could possibly need for a family; the children’s playground/table tennis table/ps4 and baby/toddler equipment meant that everyone in our group was catered for! Excellent cooking facilities and equipment - the outside bbq was wonderful. The layout and design of the villa was thoughtfully done - it felt very quiet and private, overlooking the hills and forests. Ante left us a list of recommend restaurants and beaches - while we didn’t use the restaurants (we cooked every day instead) we did visit the beaches on his list and they were great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa - we’d love to return!

The house was fantastic - exactly as advertised. It was private, gorgeous pool and outdoor space. Great indoor space. 4 very comfortable modern bedrooms and bathrooms. The host was lovely - warm, welcoming, helpful. She provided excellent local restaurant and beach suggestions. Would highly recommend the house.

This villa exceeded all our expectations! Villa has all the facilities we could dream of. Kitchen equipment, bbq, pool, activities for kids and adults. Spotlessly clean, quiet location and enough space for everyone. We also enjoyed walking in nature in the villa surroundings. Very friendly, kind and helpfull owners. We were not treated as just tourists but more like a welcome guests. We can definitely recommend this house and will come back again.

This is a fantastic property! It was really well equipped and so clean. Everything we could possibly need had been provided…and more. It was really quick and easy to get into Split or Omis but we loved coming ‘home’ to the peacefulness of the property. Communication with the owner was really easy and he went out of his way to help make our stay perfect…which it was. We were really sad to leave and would highly recommend this villa.

This property is spacious, modern and fully equipped with everything you need in a home from home. It has been completed to a very high standard and was a joy to stay in. We had many luxuries at the villa such as a shower by the pool with hot running water, large TV outside, and a great built-in barbecue. Each room’s air conditioning was specific to that room so we could all have our own ambient temperatures which made us all the more comfortable. Our host Ante went above and beyond to make us welcome, answer all our questions and provide invaluable recommendations for places to visit and where to eat out. On our first night he even provided groceries for a light meal - very welcome after our delayed flights. We cannot wait to return at the earliest opportunity!

What a wonderful stay we had here with family. We loved every moment of our time in the villa, it’s so brilliantly designed for families. The villa and pool were immaculately clean and well equipped and the views were spectacular. This was such a great house for a family stay, with a travel cot, high chair, baby bed linen and even a small first aid kit. It’s been so carefully thought out to be a comfortable place to spend time. Klara was such a brilliant host, welcoming us when we arrived, keeping us informed about when the pool would be cleaned and coming to say bye with her son when we left. We can’t wait to go back

Ante und Clara Zehn Tage purer Luxus! Die Villa Tanicius ist mit Worten nicht zu beschreiben. Wir haben uns leicht verfahren, als wir Abends ankamen. Ein kurzer Anruf und wir wurden von Ante persönlich abgeholt. In der Villa angekommen, gab es eine ausführliche Einweisung, wo was zu finden ist und worauf wir achten mussten. Die Bilder auf der Airbnb Seiten zeigen nicht einmal im Ansatz wie schön und sauber es wirklich ist. Die Villa hat einen großen Außenbereich mit Pool und Whirlpool, ein Spielbereich mit zwei Schaukeln und Rutsch, eine große Sitzecke (Lounge) mit großem Fernseher, eine Essecke nahe dem Steingrill. Das Erdgeschoss ist mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche + Arbeitsinsel, einem großen Esstisch und einer wundervollen Couchgarnitur und riesigem Fernseher ausgestattet. Das Zimmer nebenan hat ein eigenes Bad und einem schönen großen Bett, einem Spiegelschrank und ein Fernseher. Die erste Etage hat drei Schlafzimmer, jedes Zimmer führ auf einen durchgängigen Balkon und jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer. Die Garage wurde zum Fitnessstudio mit Sauna umfunktioniert, alle Geräte sind sehr hochwertig. Der Gastgeber fragte uns wie warm wir den wundervollen Pool geheizt haben wollen und stellte ihn auf unsere Wünsche ein und verabschiedete sich von uns, mit dem Hinweis, dass wir uns bei Problemen jederzeit an beide wenden können. Kroatien, Srinjine, ist ein ruhiges und schönes Dorf, wo die Villa liegt. Split liegt nur ein paar Kilometer auf der einen Seite, Omiš auf der anderen Seite. Es gibt dort sowohl einen Sandstrand, als auch einen Kiesstrand. Überall wo wir waren, war es sehr sauber und alle Menschen außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Ehemann, mein Sohn mit seiner Ehefrau, mein körperbehinderter Bruder (mit Rollstuhl) und ich habe uns in Kroatien verliebt. Die ganze Gegend ist sehr behindertenfreundlich. In Split gab es sogar einen Außenlift, um Treppen in der Altstadt zu überwinden. Nach fünf Tagen ist der Rollstuhl kaputt gegangen und Clara hat Himmel und Erde in Bewegung versetzt und uns Ersatzteile besorgt und wollte nichts dafür haben. Sie lies uns nicht einmal die Ersatzteile bezahlen lassen. Sie kam bei einfachen Fragen wie: „Dürfen wir Feigen vom Nachbarn pflücken?“ persönlich vorbei und pflückte mit uns zusammen einen große Schüssel mit Feigenfrüchten. Am vorletzten Tag haben wir uns ausgesperrt, ein Anruf genügte und uns wurde geholfen. Unfassbar flexibel und hilfsbereit. Jeder der einen schönen Urlaub genießen will und es abgeschieden, ruhig in einer modern und liebevoll eingerichteten Villa verbringen möchte, dem empfehlen wir Ante und Clara! Ante kam jeden zweiten Tag um 6:00 Uhr morgens vorbei und reinigte den Pool und brachte alles in Ordnung, was so anfiel. Er war so leise, dass man ihn nicht bemerkt hat. Man wunderte sich nur am nächsten Tag, dass alles picobello war. Ihr zwei Lieben, ich möchte mich noch einmal für den perfekten Urlaub und das Abschiedsgeschenk von ganzem Herzen bedanken.

Me and my family have just come back from Villa Tanicius, and we do not have a bad word to say about it. From the moment you arrive, the service and villa is outstanding. Ante was amazing throughout and we highly recommend this beautiful villa.

Villa Tanicius
We had absolutely a lovely time at villa Tanicius. The house was amazing, we really liked the picture but it was even better in reality. The house is completely new and have everything one can you wish for. We traveled together with our family, five grownups and two children and the house was really spacious. The children loved the house and especially the great swimming pool, trampoline and play station. House was very suitable for children and also grownups. It was very hot during our stay but the house kept cool really well with separate air condition units in all rooms and we could enjoy the sun in all of the nice balconies, swimming pool area and terraces. There was also a very nice gym with a lot of machines and even a sauna. The location of the house was perfect. It was very private but at the same time you had all you need in the small village at walking distance. When we wanted to go to the beach it was approximately 15 min journey with car to the city Omis and it also had nice restaurant, shops and other tourist attraction. It took only app. 20 minutes to split and another 15min to the airport with car. The host was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. One evening the house owner prepared traditional Croatian food which was fabulous. Our older soon told us that it tasted like candy and we can just agree! We can highly recommend this accommodation and we will definitely travel there again.
